Whether we like it or not, roofs require maintenance. A little attention now prevents pricey leaks later β and every dollar you spend protects your investment.
Like repairs, maintenance is in our customer's best interest β it saves money and extends roof life.
Water mitigation gets expensive fast. Performing maintenance keeps you proactive instead of reactive.
It lets us showcase our customer service to homeowners who are a long way from needing a replacement.
Check boots, flashings, and shingle seal. Remove debris and re-caulk exposed fasteners.
If the first pass was done, repeat the same service to keep everything sealed and protected.
If the first two were done. After year 15, maintain every other year to maximize roof life. Expect yearly service after year 25 for asphalt shingles.
After year 15 we recommend every-other-year service unless we suggest otherwise β every year once you pass 25 years on asphalt shingles.
Any money spent with us on repairs or maintenance will be applied toward any future replacement cost estimate β at any time. If legally allowed, we'll apply it toward your insurance deductible; if not, we'll apply it toward any upgrade option.
Credit applies to a VRL replacement estimate. Deductible application subject to applicable law and your insurance policy. Ask us for details.
