Wes Miller is a Louisville, Kentucky native and U.S. Army veteran who spent eight years in uniform — including a combat deployment to Northern Iraq — before spending the next decade mastering every corner of the storm restoration and roofing industry. He founded Veterans Restoration of Louisville in May 2026 to build the company he always wished existed.
He is Xactimate Level 1 Certified, has personally helped homeowners turn denied or underfunded claims into full replacements, and has an 8-for-8 all-time record in formal insurance appraisals. He's also a father, a man of faith, and the kind of guy who answers his own phone.
Wes built VRL on the belief that the same values that make a great soldier — discipline, extreme ownership, mission focus — make an exceptional contractor. He has never stopped learning, never stopped fighting for his customers, and never stopped working toward something bigger than himself.

Bradley handles supplement estimates, communications with insurance carriers, and sales processing. He's the internal engine behind VRL's claims operation — named on Xactimate estimates and involved in every job from estimate to close.
